I have been able to be a non-smoker for twelve years
and three hundred and fifty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 26-time push-ups for the twenty-
third successive day and at least 10-time push-ups
for the ninety-eighth straight day.

There are a fair amount of clouds in the sky in
Nagoya and I feel that it is just a little bit dark.
I am afraid that my fingertips have got chapped since
the air is very dry and cold.
I know the importance of regular care of my fingers
to prevent such chaps during cold weather, and I have
bought an ointment.
But actually it must be troublesome to apply the
ointment frequently.
