I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and three hundred and sixty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the one hundredth consecutive day including the most
recent twenty-five days of 26-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya and
there are perfectly no clouds in the blue sky now.
However, it is truly cold and Nagoya saw the coldest
morning in this early winter season with the lowest
temperature of 2.4 degrees.
Therefore, I have to seek the warmth of the sunlight
coming through a window in my workplace.
