I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and fourteen days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
one hundred and eighteenth consecutive day including
the latest four days of 21-time push-ups.

It is completely beautifully sunny in Nagoya and it
saw the coldest morning in this winter season with
the lowest temperature of minus 0.9 degrees.
Today is Touji or winter solstice in English, which
means that the day has the shortest period of daylight
in the year.
Actually I like Touji, because the period of daylight
is steadily and surely getting longer and longer day
by day, and it never gets shorter for the next six
months, which always makes me feel relieved.
