It has been thirteen years and four days in a row
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fourth
consecutive day and more than 9-time push-ups for
the one hundred and eighth successive day.

After the rain that had been falling since last night
stopped this morning, it is now quite overcast and
it is a little dark in Nagoya.
However, the current temperature is nearly 17 degrees,
which absolutely is much higher than the average year.
I feel that it is even a little warm due mainly to
the high humidity.
Only a 40-minute walk has made me sweat quite a bit.
