It has been nine years and two hundred and eighteen days in a row since
I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and second
straight day including the latest twenty-eight days of 23-time push-ups.

It has been raining in Nagoya today again and I had to wear a pair of
raincoats while riding my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
By any measure, this year's rainy season is very long and has brought
much more rainfall than usual.
I'm very afraid that I have not been able to do walking for these few weeks,
which might cause low back pain.
According to weather forecasts, Nagoya will not see sunlight for the next
several days....OMG!
