I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and two hundred
and eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the eighteenth consecutive day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and ninety-second
successive day.

I was very lucky because it was not raining while I was riding my bike
on my way to the workplace in the morning, but now it has strated raining.
It is actully dark and I really want much more sunlight.
I am sure I am a typically diurnal person.
According to weather forecast on the Internet, it will be rainy or cloudy
for about one more week.....I know there is no rain that doesn't stop.
