since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the two hundred
and ninth straight day including the most recent thirty-five days of
23-time push-ups.

It is normally sunny with abnormally high humidity in Nagoya with
today's predicted highest temperature of 33 degrees.
Weather ladies say Nagoya will see rainfall this evening.
They say there is a 50 to 60 percent chance of rainfall.
I think that the possibility is pretty high.
I am afraid that I may have to wear a pair of raincoats, which always
makes me feel troublesome, especially after I use them.

Nine years and two hundred and twenty-four days in a row have passed
since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the thirty-fourth consecutive
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the two hundred and eighth
successive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya for the first time in a very long time.
I feel it is humid with the forecast highest temperatue of 33 degrees.
But I have to remember that we are still in the rainy season, and
actually weather ladies say cloudy or rainy days will continue for one
more week....I'm wondering if this year's rainy season has an end.
Anyway, I will really have to be careful about dehydration today.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and two
hundred and twenty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and sixth
straight day including the latest thirty-two days of 23 times of them.

It has been raining since last evening in Nagoya, sometimes heavily and
sometimes very lightly.
Although today's highest temperature is forecast to be 30 degrees, actually
I feel it is not so hot, and in fact, I feel it is a little cool.
Anyway, this year's rainy season is too long.
Weather ladies still say that rainy or cloudy days will continue for at least
one more week in Nagoya.....OMG!

It is quite overcast in Nagoya today and it looks like it is going to
start raining pretty soon, maybe in a few hours or so.
I met as many as several dangerous drivers in the course of only 30 minutes
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.
Nagoya is very dangerous place to live in and I have to recommend you
not to come to Nagoya without being mentally prepared.

After a long spell of rain, it has finally become cloudy in Nagoya.

than 25 degrees, which makes me feel a little cold with an electric fan on.
Weather ladies say Nagoya will not see the end of the rainy season in a week.
Actually, I have been fed up with rainfall.....I know we cannot do anything
about weather, but I absolutely need much more sunlight.
