I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and twenty-nine days in a row.
I managed to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 19 times
and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the thirteenth straight day.
Finally it has strated raining now in Nagoya and it is dark since rainy
clouds are blocking sunlight and actually I feel it is very cold.
Weather ladies said this morning that Nagoya's highest temperature would
be as low as eight degrees, and now it is only 7.3 degrees.
