Nine years and thirty-one days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 19-time push-ups for the third successive day and
over 9-time push-ups for the fifteenth straight day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are almost no clouds in the
blue skies with the forecasted highest temperature of 14 degrees, down
3 degrees from yesterday.
