Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ２０＋２０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been three years and eighty-two days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I could keep over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for fifty-six days
straight including the last four days of one set of seventeen-time push-ups.
Happily, the weather prediction has come true.
It's greatly sunny and with temperatures of around thirteen degrees.
Weather forecasts say the highest temperatue in Nagoya will be 17 degrees,
which is really spring-like in April.
But actually, I'm afraid wintry cold will come back soon.....
I'll really have to be careful not to catch a cold....Maybe you too.
