Seven years and one hundred and fifty-four days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 15-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and over
9-time push-ups for the one hundred and first successive day.
I was able to walk from my workplace near subway Iwatsuka Station in Nagoya
to JR Kuwana Staion in Mie prefecture yesterday for the first time in about
one year, which took me almost 4 hours of walking time and 2 hours of break time.
And very very happily, I felt yesterday's 4-hour walking was the best walking,
which did not made my legs so tired.
I'm sure it is very effective that I did 20-minute jogging-on-the-spot for
a few months as part of the preparation for the 4-hour walking.
Honestly, I've gained more confidence to do a longer walking.
