Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：２５ minutes

It has been three years and 103 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the seventy-seventh
consecutive day including the last twenty-five days of one set of seventeen push-ups.
It's actually very windy today in Nagoya and because of the strong following wind
I really felt it easy to ride a bike on my way to the workplace....but in theory,
it'll be very hard to go back home by bike.ＴＴ
Weather forecasts say today and tomorrow will get cold like winter.
I'll really have to be careful not to catch a cold.
