I could keep no-smoking for two years and 147 days in a row.
Forty-seven days have passed since I stopped doing push-up due to the pain
in my right elbow and shoulder.
The pain in my shoulder has almost competely gone, but actually there is some
dindle in my right index finger still now and a little pain in my elbow,
so I put plaster on it...the pain and dindle are surprisingly persistent.
Yesterday as planned, I went to Togousan Fruit Park and started a middle-distance
walking there to Inba station through Shinrin Park, which took about 105 minutes.
It was a very beautiful day and I could really enjoy the walking, so now I've begun
planning another middle-distance walking.
