I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years
and eighty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for
the three years and sixty-ninth straight day including
the latest six days of 21-time push-up.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny with plenty of
sunlight in Nagoya and I feel that winterlike cold
is much milder than yesterday.
I have noticed that the buds on the cherry trees on
my way to the workplace have begun turning very slightly
greenish, which makes me look forward to their blossoms.
Anyway, before the cherry blossom season, I have to
enjoy peach blossoms, first.
