Walking: 30 minutes
Standing with one leg :10 minutes each
Cigarettes:0
jogging on the spot :8+8+8 minutes
I could keep no-smoking for two years and 325 days in a row.
I also could keep three sets of push-ups for the fourth straight day and over
one set of them for the tenth consecutive day.
Happily, I resumed three sets of 8-minute jogging-on-the-spot yesterday.
It's actually raining but just sprinkling, which will not prevent me from doing
walking.....I hope so.
Anyway I really hope to do a long-distance walking again like one day in late
May this year when I walked to JR Kuwana Station in Mie Prefecture from Subway
Iwatsuka Station in Nagoya.
