It has been two years and 354 days in a row since I kicked smoking.
I increased the number of push-up by 17 times to two sets of 17-time push-ups, and
kept over one set of them for the fifth straight day.
I've noticed that I have not done walking on a daily basis and I'm really afraid
my low back pain will come back.
I am definitely going to do it today....I have to.
I've got a new middle-distance walking plan and I hope to do that as soon as possibe.
