I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and 263 days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups for the second successive day because I found internal bleeding
beside the needle mark I got on Friday.

It's cloudy in Nagoya and Ifeel it's not hot since clouds are blocking scorching sunlight.
The typhoon #10 is steadily moving to the northeast and coming nearer and nearer to Honshu.
I really hope there will be no casualties or accidents caused by the typhoon.
According to weahter forecast, the typhoon is highly unlikely to come to Chubu region
and I may have to say "Sorry" but I really want the prediction to come true.
