Daily Routine

Push-ups：２２ times
Walking：０minutes
Standing on one foot　：０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 342 days in a row.
I also was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eleventh successive day
and over 19-time push-ups for the 21st straight day.

After a little cold rain, it's sunny in Nagoya and I can enjoy sunshine.
Actually, I think I've had a bladder inflammation becasue I passed
a littel blood in my urine this morning.
This is the second time that I have had a bladder inflammation.
I really want to see a doctor, but I'm very unlucky because today is Sunday.....
Even so, I may be lucky because the symptoms are much milder than the first time,
so I will have to just wait for tomorrow.
....I've decided not to do any physical exercises for some time.
