Eleven years and forty-four days in a row have
passed since I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and twenty-eighth successive day.

It is greatly sunny today again in Nagoya and I
can enjoy plenty of sunlight with light wind.
But actually I feel that today is much colder
with the current temperature of 2.6 degrees.
The sixth wave of the coronavirus pandemic is,
in fact, severe in terms of the number of newly
infected people, but the attenuation of the virus
may mean that the end of the pandemic is approaching.
....I really hope so.
