Four years and 353 days in a row have passed since I overcame my bad habit of smoking.
I haven't done push-ups for the second consecutive day due to the low back pain,
but I tried doing a total of eighty-minute walking to prevent my muscle from getting weakened.
It's actually cold today and I've started using an electronic foot warmer.
I feel chilled around my waist and I'm really afraid the low back pain is
getting worse and worse due to the coldness.
I really hope the pain will completely disappear as soon as possible and
I really want to survive this year's winter without any more low back pain.
