Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


It has been eleven years and one hundred and sixteen
days in a row since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fifth
day in succession and greater than 9-time push-ups
for the two years and one hundredth straight day.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is greatly sunny in
Nagoya today and there were almost no clouds in the
blue sky while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace.
Honestly, I have been ambivalent about going seeing
cherry blossoms, but finally I have decided not to.
Actually, I saw the footage of a people jam at a famous
cherry blossom viewing spot on TV.
