Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each

jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Five years and 109 days in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 16-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and
more than 12-time push-ups for the twentieth successive day.

It has been one week since Nagoya declared the flowering of cherry blossoms,
Usually they will be in full bloom one week after the declaration,
but actually many of them are far from full bloom due maily to the cold.
The best time of viewing them might be next weekend.
Anyway, it is absolutely certain that I can enjoy them within one week.
