I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and ten days in a row.
I was able to keep a total of 51-time push-ups for
the thirteenth consecutive day and over 9-time push-
ups for the three hundred and fourteenth successive
day.

It is beautifully but deadly sunny in Nagoya today
again with the temperature at 7 a.m. standing at
about 28 degrees, surprisingly even so, down 2
degrees from the same time yesterday, which means
it was as extremely high as 30 degrees at as early as
7 in the morning yesterday.
More surprisingly, today's highest temperature in
Nagoya is forecast to be 37 degrees, up 2 degrees from
yesterday.
I really hope that I can survive this scorching heat.
