Push-ups：１４＋１４ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been three years and sixteen days in a row since I quit smoking.
I kept two sets of fourteen-time push-ups for the fourth consecutive day and also
kept more than one set of ten times for seventh successive day.
It's actually quite sunny today and while riding a bike on my way to the work place,
I felt a little warmer than yesterday, enjoying sunshine.
But temperatues are around nine degrees, so in order not to catch a cold, I should not
be carelessness.
