Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２８ times
Walking ：４０＋４０＝１ hour ２０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for six years and three hundred and thirty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep 28-time push-ups for the sixtieth straight day and at least
15-time push-ups for the two hundred and eighty-third consecutive day.

It's beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya but I feel much worse than usual
because of those callous people who intentioanlly park their bike where I always park.
They have always occupied the shared parking space by putting a huge iron trash box,
two broken chairs, a large amount of cardboard, many 18-liter square cans of cooking oil
and other personal things.
I really hope they will disappear as soon as possible.
If I were a necromancer, I might be able to do something.
