I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 232 days in a row.
The low back pain was still there, but since the pain had been milder, I tried
walking for twenty minutes and began jogging-on-the-spot for 3 minutes for the
first time in about one year.
The pain is still here and after the effect of Rokisonin, the pain gets severer.
I may have to see a doctor to get some painkillers.
Anyway I may have to wait and see at least for one week, that is, until Saturday.
