Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２１ times
Walking ：a total of ４０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１０ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for seven years and two hundred and ninety days in a row.
I was able to keep over 14-time push-ups for the sixteenth successive day
including the most recent eight days of 21-time push-ups.

It's been raining in Nagoya since early this morning and it's been very
dark and honestly I feel cold just a little though it's midday.
I really hope the typhoon #24 will not turn for direction toward the Japanese archipelago.
I'm afraid that the panel the typhoon #21 peeled on September 4th is still dangling.
I'm wondering why the landlord does not repair it because the broken panel
is still on the electric cable.
