Daily Routine

Push-ups：１７ times
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

It has been three years and 114 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the thirty-sixth
consecutive day and over one set of fourteen push-ups for the eighty- eighth
successive day.
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today and not-so-cold or not-so-hot.
It's very crisp, actually....but I have to remember weather reports say
it might get a little cold this weekend.
I'm really afraid of the predicted rain on Friday, which may make cherry
blossoms fall.
Anyway the season of cherry blossoms is too short, so I have to enjoy them now.
