Daily Routine

Push-ups ：２５ times
Walking ： ４５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：２５ minutes


It has been eight years and one hundred and thirty-one days in a row
since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep over 20-time push-ups for the twenty-fifth successive
day including the most recent two days of 25-time push-ups.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya and now it is a little dark and looks like
it is going to start raining pretty soon.
I am planning to do a walking, so I think it would be better to take
a folding umbrella with me.
By the way, I have to say it is truely troublesome to receive cold callings.
That's really disgusting and exactly unnecessary waste of time.
