I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and one hundred
and sixty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and
fifty-first successive day including the most recent forty-five days
of 21-time push-ups.

It is sunny today again in Nagoya and I feel it is hotter than yesterday
maybe due to today's a little higer humidity.
