Walking：a total of ４５ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each
Cigarettes：０
jogging on the spot　：０ minutes

Four years and 112 days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep over 10-time push-ups for the eighteenth consecutive
day including the most recent two days of 16 times.
It's greatly and beautifully sunny today and I'm sure today is the
best day for the viewing of cherry blossoms but actually I have to work.
I'm planning to enjoy them on Wednesday, so I really have to pray
that the blossoms will remain in full bloom until then....Please.
