Push-ups ：２０ times
Walking ：a total of ７０ minutes
Standing on one foot　：１０ minutes each
Cigarettes ：０
jogging-on-the-spot　：１２ minutes

I have been able to do without smoking for eight years and sixty-two days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the fourteenth
straight day including the latest eight days of 20-time push-ups.

It's very very cold in Nagoya and I actualy felt it was the coldest
morning in this winter period starting from last December.
According to weather reports on the Internet, it is only 5 degrees
now, and what is worse, there are thick clouds in the skies, blocking sunlight.
By the way, I visited LaLa Port in Minato Ward in Nagoya.
Actually it is a normal shopping mall, I think.
But what interested me the most is a virtual reality game which costs 1000 yen.
Well, actually I had no courage to try that.
