Standing on one foot　：１１ minutes each

Jogging-on-the-spot　：１７ minutes


I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and
two hundred and sixty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and two hundred and fifty-third successive day including
the most recent four days of 23-time push-ups.

I was very lucky because it was not raining while I was riding
my bike on my way to the workplace and I didn't have to wear
a pair of raincoats.
Now it is raining a little heavily.
It is not so cold but actually it is pretty dark.
I may have to be careful about the fluctuations in temperatures
not to catch a cold, especially in the early morning.
