Jogging-on-the-spot　：０ minutes


I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven
years and one hundred and twenty-seven days in
a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and eleventh
consecutive day including the latest three days
of 26-time push-ups.

Although it was sunny in Nagoya while I was
riding my bike on my way to the workplace, it
is now quite overcast and I feel that it is a
little humid.
The current temperature is 18.8 degrees, which
must be quite normal but I feel actually it is
much colder than yesterday.
I have to renew my awareness that the weather
has already become normal again.
