Eleven years and ninety-seven days in a row have
passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the tenth
consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups for
the two years and eighty-first successive day.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny with plenty
of sunlight in Nagoya with the current temperature
of about 16 degrees, which makes me feel it's crisp.
Today's highest temperature is forecasted to be 22
degrees, so I will have to take off a winter jacket
while walking in the afternoon.
Anyway, cherry blossom buds is now turning yellow-
green and getting bigger and bigger little by little.
