I have been able to do without smoking for
eleven years and eighty-six days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups
by only one time to 22 times yesterday and
keep at least 10-time push-ups for the two
years and seventieth successive day.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya
and there were almost no clouds in the blue
skies while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace.
I noticed that, very happily, very small buds
of cherry trees on the way have finally come out.
I have to start looking forward to this year's
cherry blossoms.
