Eleven years and eighty-eight days in a row
have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups
by just one time to 23 times and kept more than
9-time push-ups for the two years and seventy-
second consecutive day.

Unlike yesterday's very windy and chilly
weather, today, it is completely sunny again
in Nagoya although it is still cold.
Anyway, it seems that cherry flower buds are
steadily getting bigger and bigger, which may
be just reflected by my hope.
Anyway, it is absolutely certain that the season
for cherry blossoms will arrive soon.
