I have succeeded in preventing myself from
smoking for eleven years and eighty-seven
days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-
ups for the two years and seventy-first
straight day including the most recent two
days of 22-time push-ups.

Although there were almost completely no
clouds in the blue sky while I was riding my
bike on my way to the workplace, it is now
raining in Nagoya and it is pretty dark and cold.
The predicted highest temperature is 8 degrees
and indeed it is cold.
Well, very happily, while I am writing this,
it has got sunny again.
