I have been able to keep smoke-free for eleven
years and eighty-four days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by
one time to 21 times, and kept over 9-time
push-ups for the two years and sixty-eighth
consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya today again, but actually
I feel that it is much colder than yesterday.
While I am writing this, it is getting cloudier
and cloudier.
I am afraid that it is less likely that I will
be able to go somewhere for plum blossom viewing
or cherry blossom viewing either due mainly to the
persistent Covid-19 pandemic....OMG.
