I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and ninety-six days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and eightieth straight day including the latest
nine days of 23-time push-ups.

Unlike yesterday, it is a little cloudy and dark in
Nagoya and I feel that it is a little colder than
yesterday, I mean, yesterday was abnormally hot.
However, it must be surprising that today's lowest
temperature in Nagoya was as high as 14.7 degrees,
which is like a morning in mid-May.
Anyway, I have to be careful not to catch a cold
tomorrow morning, when the lowest temperature is
forecasted to be as low as 5 degrees, down about
10 degrees from this morning.
