It has beeb seven years and eighty-seven days in a row since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-eighth consecutive day and over
15-time push-ups for the one year and thirty-fourth straight day.
Although today's lowest temperature was 6 degrees, down as many as 4 degrees from
yesterday, I felt it's still rather warmer than usual, which must be an actual
proof that this winter had been abnormally continuing to be very cold.
Spring is steadily little by little drawing nearer and nearer.
The length of daytime is also steadily little by little getting loner and longer.
Now, I can mentally afford to wait for spring.
