Seven years and forty-nine days in a row have passed since I overcame my bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the three hundred and sixty-
first successive day including the most recent sixteen days of 22-time push-ups.
It's been severely cold these past several days in Nagoya and I've really
been fed up with the freezing wintry cold.

And this is the completely opposite meaning of another phrase or "you can do anything
