Seven years and thirty-five days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and
forty-seventh straight day including the latest two days of 22 times of them.

It's sunny in Nagoya again and it's very cold again.
We saw one of the coldest mornings so far this winter with the lowest temperature
of minus 2.9 degrees, up as many as 0.3 degrees from yesterday.
Such cold mornings surely had an negative influence on my throat.
The persistent symptoms are still here and I'm really fed up with being in bad shape.
And actually I wish I could stop coughing now.
