It has been seven years and thirty-one days in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the seventh straight day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and forty-third consecutive day.
After a long cold rain, it's stopped raining and now it's sunny in Nagoya.
I feel it's not so cold maybe due to the humidity which is a little higher than usual.
The sore throat and hoared voice that I got on the January 1 evening is still here.
I've got a little mauscle pain on my stomach simply because of coughing.
To my reassurance, the symptoms are steadily getting milder and milder.
My 2018 has not begun because of this sore throat.
Therefore, After I get well, I want to do something interesting in order to celebrate
my own recovery.
