I was able to keep no-smoking for seven years and twenty-seven days in a row.
I was also able to keep 21-time push-ups for the third straight day and more than
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and thirty-ninth consecutive day.

It's very very cold though the lowest temperature was 1.4 degrees, if I am not
mistaken, up as many as 2 degress from the previous day.
Last night, while I was sleeping, I had the shakes, so I took some medicine.
Now I feeel the symptoms of the cold are getting milder and milder.
Anyway I've had a cold for the first time in about five years.
I really hope the cold will be gone as soon as possible.
