Surprisingly I could do 30-time push-ups pretty easily yesterday maybe because I did
them just after 40-minute walking and it must have made my body warm.
Anyway I could keep over-25-time push-ups for the fourth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 41 days in a row although I had a dream again
maybe this morning in which I was smoking.
It's actually very cold today with the highest temperature of around five degrees.
According to weather forecasts, the highest temperatures the next few days will get
around ten degrees, almost twice as high as today, and I really hope the predicts
will come true.
