Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time from the previous record
to 29 times yesterday and kept over-25-time push-ups for the nineteenth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for two years and 24 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny and I feel a little warmer than usual Gantan days when I usually
feel very very cold.
Anyway this year has begun and I really hope that I will become able to establish
some certain ways to improve my English speaking skills.
