I successfully resumed push-ups from as many as 35 times after a two-day break, up seven
times from the previous record, and I hope to continue them as long as possible.
I also could keep no-smoking for two years and 52 days in a row.
Actually the wintry cold is rather milder today than usual and the shunsine is springlike.
Happily, weather reports say such a nice weather will continue from today to the weekend,
so the prediction must come true....I really hope so.
I'm planning to start another English practice in the very near future as an experiment
for improving my English speaking skills at k-sun's blog.
