The thorough control over the Irish people appeared in the " Catholic Punishment Law " premulgated in 1695 .
Since Irish people are godly Catholics in their generations , this is the " Irish Punishment Law ".
It did not entry into the political world , the official world , the lawyer world , the education world , the military and further regulated the management of companies and real estate .
I think that Bannon's " Washington flourished･･･ ”are connected with " Catholic Punishment Law ".
Catholic Penal Code ( Catholic Punishment Law )
1, Catholics can not be doctors , teachers , lawyers .
2, Catholics can not be soldiers , police officers .
3, Catholics should not have weapons nor can manufacture or self weapons .
4, Catholics should not sell newspapers . books .
5, Urban commerce and industry forbid hiring Catholic employees .
6, Catholic's commerce and industry can not hire two or more employees .
7, Catholic can not buy new land .
8, Catholic must pay taxes to the UK church for a tenth of their income .
9, The British church members or Protestant cannot marry Catholic people , if married , the man will be deprived of civil rights , the woman will be deprived of property inheritance right .
1695年に施行された「カトリック刑罰法」ほどｱｲﾙﾗﾝﾄﾞの人々を支配したものはない、これほど酷薄（こくはく）で残酷な法律があるだろうか。ｱｲﾙﾗﾝﾄﾞ人は、代々、敬虔なカトリック教徒であったから。これは「ｱｲﾙﾗﾝﾄﾞ人刑罰法」、政界・官界・財界・法曹界・教育界・軍隊への参入を許さず、また、企業や不動産の経営を規制するものであった。
１、カトリック教徒は医師・教師になれない
２、カトリック教徒は軍人・警官にはなれない
３、カトリック教徒は武器を持ってはいけない、また武器の製造・販売はできない
４、カトリックの新聞・書籍は出版・販売してはいけない
５、都市の商工業者はCatholicの従業員を雇うことを禁じる
６、カトリックの商工業者は二人以上の従業員を雇うことはできない
７、カトリック教徒は新たな土地を購入できない
８、カトリック教徒は収入の10分の1を英国国教会に納税しなければならない
９、英国の教会の信徒やProtestantはCatholicの人々と結婚できない、もし結婚したら、男は公民権の剥奪（はくだつ）、女は財産相続権を剥奪される
なお、「カトリック刑罰法」の英文は私の英訳であり、実際のものとは違っている。
バノンの"Washington flourished"は、この「Catholic刑罰法」まで遡（さかのぼ）ることができるのかもしれない。
