Russia's invasion of Ukraine continues to stalemate with no end in sight. There is a risk that a peace plan that does not mention Russia's withdrawal may be proposed. provision 1 Ukrainians and Russians who cooperated with Russia in Ukraine
will move to Russia
Provision 2 Russian in the Northern territories can receives Japanese
citizenship and continue living there ; those who don't want
